Yoghurt is easy to digest and rich source of Calcium. Strawberry is source of vitamin C which is important to protect your sweetie pie from Coughs and Colds. And the combination of both is marvelous.
This is one of the favorite recipes of my baby. Here is it's recipe.
Ingredients :
Ripe Strawberries -6 to 8
Yoghurt -1/2 cup (fresh and thick curd)
Sugar- Optional
Method :
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and serve immediately.
