Grind samo and sabudana in a mixer and make a fine flour.
Place flour in a mixing bowl and add ginger paste, green chili, sugar, salt, grated carrot, curd and soda.
Mix it well and add water in a quarter wise and make a batter. Make sure batter should not be too thin.
Keep aside for 10 minutes to set.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, peanuts and sesame seeds. Saute for few seconds then add batter into pan and spread them over all pan.
Cook them for around 20 to 30 minutes on low flame.
After 30 minutes,press handvo if not cooked then put 10 minutes more.
Handvo is ready to serve.
Serve with tea.
