Ginger lemon shikanji with soda (sugarfree)
Best for summers!! Good for improving digestion, increasing appetite and can be taken if one is facing dehydration issue.;
Ingredients (will make 2 large or 4 medium glasses
1 table spoon grated ginger

12-15 mint leaves (washed well)

Juice of 2 lemons

2 table spoon honey

1 tea spoon kala namak

Water

Soda
Method.
In a grinder or pestle and mortar grind mint leaves and ginger with salt.
Now take this mixture out in a bowl and; add lemon juice and water to this and mix well while adding honey.
Strain this whole thing and fill in 2 glasses.

Add soda when ready to drink.
