At this stage, the fetus is growing and the abdomen is growing with baby, stretching the skin on the belly. As the result, the belly button may pop out, and the causes hardness too. However, after the birth it will take its usual place and it will be soft.. if it continues full day then discuss with your doctor.. otherwise its okay.. make sure to have good rest..
