Although this isn’t a tiffin but it sure does serves for a tiffin meal. Ina likes to eat vegetables and I take the advantage.

This plate has got all the vital proteins in it. Rice and dal combined together makes up for almost all the proteins.

I have added green peas and tomatoes in rice to make it more filling and for Ina to enjoy munching.

I have tempered the dal with ghee as it aids in gaining weight. The aloo sabzi has just salt and turmeric and a pinch of cumin seeds.

A very little amount of salad because the plate is already full with veggies so I thought not to over do it with more of salad.

The rice might serve well in a tiffin box with some sabzi and salad along.
