Rice Apple Banana Porridge

Ingredients :
1. Homemade Rice Cereal or rice ( dry roasted powder) - 2 tbsp
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Apple - 1 small Washed/peeled/cubed
4.Banana - 1 small peeled / cubed

Preparation :
1.Heat a saucepan with 1 cup of water. Bring it to a boil and add 2 tbsp of rice cereal powder.
2. Mix well to avoid lumps
3.Cook the rice powder in low flame for 5 to 8 minutes
4.Once cooked add apple cubes. Give a quick stir.
5.Cook it further for 3-5 minutes and mix well.
6.Let the porridge cool down then add banana slices.
7. Put eveything in a blender and grind it to a smooth puree.
8. Serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
