Ingredients:
1 cup of Rice
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Garam Masala powder
4 boiled mashed Potatoes
2 tbsp Cornflour
½ tsp Hing
1 tbsp roasted Cumin seeds powder
¾ tsp Aamchur powder
3 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
3 chopped Green Chillies
2 chopped Onions
1½ tbsp chopped Ginger
Breadcrumb
Salt
Oil
Preparation:
Cook 1 cup of rice in a pressure cooker until done. Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder in the rice.
Add boiled mashed potatoes. Add cornflour, salt, hing, roasted cumin seeds powder, aamchur powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, chopped ginger. Mix well. Make round cutlets. Coat the cutlets with bread scrumb. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown. Serve hot.
