Right from my 4 Weeks of pregnancy I have this body heat issue, Don't know how to explain it but it's not that increase of body temperature, When we have lots of tablet we will have that heat feeling down the groin.. I use to get such types before getting periods so I was bit afraid till I went for my 6 weeks scan which came normal. This doesn't come eveeyday but twice in a week like that... I try to drink more water but still stuck with 2 litres as I vomit, I drink tender coconut every day but doesn't help. I don't know if I was able to explain my self clear, If someone can understand please suggest some remedy.

I have a refreshing recipe of nimbu pani which is very effective in such cases.
Take 3/4th glass of water in a blender. Add 2 spoons of sugar. Also add 4-5 fresh mint leaves in it and 2-3 ice cubes and blend it under sugar dissolves. Now squeeze a small lemon/half of big size lemon in it. Strain it into a glass tumbler and drink it. It is extremely refreshing and tasty. Just try it once.

I am having the same problem. I even get mouth ulcers due to increase heat in stomach. These are all happening due to medicines and injections. The best way to fight the problem is drinking coconut water on empty stomach in the morning. Only water is not enough, take different kind of fluids like nimbu pani, aam panna, cold milk flavoured milk, coconut water, etc. Try to take a healthy drink along with every meal. Eat more fibre like apple, cucumber, it also cools us down.
