Right now I am taking lactonic granules and milk with my diet but it seems from last two days my milk production has decreased as baby is sleeping only after taking top feeds in between .this happened to me in first baby also and my mil is giving me example of other mothers who are having good milk 😒.is this problem with my system only ?

<span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @5f6e0b33c0de03004572c596 </b></span> yes I am doing fine dear but this milk issue ...and baby is gaining proper weight and pee count is also good .it is that earlier he used to take feed in two hours and now he is asking for it in hour ,I was sticking to BM till now but yesterday he slept well only when I feed him formula .I have to handle him alone day and night so sometimes I need just rest at any cost .

Let MIL do what she wants..don't get affected dear.. nothing can change them so just concentrate on yourself and your baby..best thing which I have used for good milk supply is daliya cooked with zeera tadka or even meetha gud Wala daliya..also things cooked in mustard oil help..
