Rose cookies


Ingredients


Rice 4 cups

Milk 1/4 ltr

Powdered sugar 2 cups

Eggs 3

Elachi powder 1tsp

Oil


Method


👉Wash and soak the rice for two hours.

👉Grind the rice with milk to a thick batter.

Beat the eggs thoroughly and add to the batter along with sugar and the elachi; powder. Mix well.

👉Heat oil in a pan and dip the rose cookie; mould in it for a minute.

👉Dip the mould into the batter and then dip it in the hot oil.

👉Fry along with the mould. Tap the mould for the cookie; to separate.

👉 Fry till crispy.


💖The consistency of the batter should be neither too thick or too thin. The consistency should be like dosa batter.;

Always cook on low flame.

You can add jeera or black till in the batter.

You can add coconut milk instead of milk.
