INGREDIENTS
5 roti/chapatti/parantha
1 carrot thinly sliced
2 onions sliced
1 capsicum sliced
3-4 garlic finely chopped
½ tsp vinegar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp soya sauce
salt to taste
¼ tsp chaat masala
Preparation :
Cut the rotis into thin strips similar to noodles.
Heat oil in a pan. Cook onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes in oil.
Add capsicum and carrots and cook for another 2-3 minutes on high heat stirring continuously.
Add all the sauces, salt, and chaat masala.
Add the roti strips and give it a good mix so that the sauces coat the roti noodles properly. Serve hot.
