Sabr

Allah has repeatedly mentioned in the Quran to have patience and He’s indeed with the patient.

Things that I have done to attain ‘Sabr’ during this pandemic :

🥀 Reciting lot of small ayah’s from Quran
🥀 Durood-e-Shareef is something that I cannot forget reciting..it gives me immense ‘sukoon’!
🥀Doodling has been a stress buster for me and it has to be in this list undoubtedly!
🥀Spending some alone time.

Sabr is a central Islamic value and teaching. It is repeatedly stressed in the Quran. There are other words with a similar meaning in the Quran—for instance, eraaz, which means avoidance of conflict. These two words, sabr and eraaz, appear in the Quran more than 100 times. This indicates the great importance that the Quran gives to patience and avoidance.

There’s this application which has helped me a lot during the ongoing covid times. It’s the Sabr App, it has all sorts of features that provided me calmness of mind such as how to be affirmative in life, day wise sessions for calming anxiety levels, morning and bedtime gratitude, meditation and much more. Do check out the application and download it. You’ll definitely love the experience Inshaallah!
