Apple;is high on vitamins A, B, C that helps build your immune and nervous system





Beet; is rich in iron,control blood sugar, purifies blood improve digestion,has anti-aging property





Carrot’s;beta carotene and vitamin A is good for eyes.





Natural sweet taste of juice can be enhanced with the tanginess of lemon. You may also add black salt if you like.Here is the recipe-:

Ingredients-





1-2 beet root





2 apples





4 large carrots





1 freshly squeezed lemon





Black salt





Method-
.Wash and chop all three ingredients into small pieces.;


Now In a mixie jar, grind everything by adding the required water till the mixture become pulpy. Do not add more water because the sweetness may reduce.





Strain the juice completely;with the help of cotton cloth and discard the residues.





Pour in serving glass and drink immediately!
