shall I drink regular quantity of water after delivery. Bcs my baby is of 7days only n am feeling too thirsty. Bt my Mil is refusing to drink more water. according to her if I drink more water, my belly stomach will come out n I never reduce it.

Thirst is showing your body has heat. So it needs fluids with the right materials to carry out it's repair work, lactation and regular metabolism. Only water dilutes nutrition but yes, do take a lot of raw salads along with cooked meals...As you increase raw, your thirst will come down. Also strictly avoid packaged goods or something too salty or sugary - they tend to upset the salt/ sugar balance in the body.

drink ajwain boiled water nd take in sips not in one tym ..take it in intervls n in many sips .it vl not harm ur belly .try it .

You can drink as much water as you want.<br>
you can be all normal. there is no special restriction for a new mom.<br>
Belly - You can reduce by balanced diet and exercise

drink 3 ltrs. of water daily, your body needs lot of fluids and stomach will definitely not come out... i am telling from experience...
