3 medium sized bell peppers(green, red and yellow)
1 medium sized onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon roasted gram flour
1+1 tablespoon mustard oil
Salt as per taste Preparation-
Cut the paneer into cubes. Halve the onion and remove each layer one by one. Dice the bell peppers into square shaped slices. Make sure the size of the veggies are in proportion with the paneer cubes.
In a bowl, whisk the curd and then add ginger garlic paste, gram flour, 1 tablespoon oil alongwith all the spices and mix them properly.
Add the diced vegetables alongwith paneer into the marinade and mix well so that the paneer and the veggies are coated evenly.
Cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge for half an hour. Making paneer tikka-
Arrange the paneer alongwith veggies on a wooden skewer.
