Yes Rakhi you should feed baby dear no worries. Always mention to docs that you are a breastfeeding mom whenever go to any doc for fever cold or any health issue doctor will give medicine accordingly.

sorry for the confusion due to my question, actually i m suffering from cold .& my baby too which is only 3 month. Dr prescribed medicine as well as told that breastfeed as much as possible . should i feed her or not

breastfeeding is the best option for ur baby till 6 months. if not then formula milk till 6 months. semi solids after 6 months.
