question
Since the time my son started crawling, he never enjoyed massage before bath. He would sit for just acouple of minutes and then start running here and there. Even at 2.8 years of age, he doesn't like being massaged. Now I try to massage with a body lotion after bath which he still bears. Please suggest if missing out on baby massage would hamper his growth in future? How many times a week the massage would suffice, considering he is finicky about massages.

That is some relief. I have been using Johnson's milk and rice lotion to massage him just before sleep. But again I am successful just twice or thrice a week

Don't worry dear toddler want a control of their environment..one idea is to massage with a lotion and make it a play time..it's ok if you massage thrice a week..you can give head and legs massage before sleeping also.. I mean do it in batches and make it fun time..also once babies crawl and walk etc..their physical activity also helps them grow
