Sir, my child is one year old. His normal forehead temperature comes in between 99.6 F to 100.3 F. Same time His armpit and hand temperature comes in between 96 F-97 F. Is this fever?

Hope the child is normal.. taking food and playful.. maintain a pleasant room temperature.. you can use Ac at 26.. check the temperature once again tomorrow..
