A quick fix high protein breakfast. Excellent for post workout refuelling.

Mushroom double egg omelette loaded with onions and one finely chopped green chilli. On the side I have a bowl of 2 roasted tomatoes sprinkled with salt, pepper, mixed herbs, roasted white sesame seeds, flax seeds and green olives.

This will keep you full for a good amount of time. Its super yummy, healthy and colourful.
