#slayfitmama Today's yummy breakfast was a simple double egg omelette with some roasted tomatoes on the side.
I added half a chopped onion and one finely chopped green chilli to the omelette and it turned out super yummy. If you don't like the eggy flavour this is one of the best ways to enjoy an omelette since the onions mask the flavour well and the chillies bring a nice heat to the taste.
I flavored the tomatoes with some jeera powder, salt, mixed herbs and chilli flakes. The tangy flavour goes very well with the omelette.
Loaded with anti oxidants like lycopene, it's an amazing health food that helps prevent cancer, aids digestion, controls diabetes, improves vision and brightens your skin.
