So guys I need help to understand what’s going wrong with my body I have been changing Gynac but not able to conceive naturally .. recently I was expecting my periods on 8th September and from 10th I got spotting like 2 drops of blood each on 10th and 11th September .. post which I did a upt test at night on 12th and I got a faint positive test .. post which I got v happy assuming I had implantation bleeding and that I m pregnent on 13th morning when I did the test .. again with first urine it came negative and I checked it twice one after the other but still both negative I got beta hcg blood test done that came negative too.. I still have no periods spotting Also is not there I am unable to understand what is happening
