So I finally got to make some slurpyy goodness for my baby girl! I used the @Slurrp Farm spinach and tomato with milk to make a yummy pancake cheela type thing and the inspiration behind this is @Sheeba Vijesh :* So the recipe is really simple-

2 scoops of the cereal, 1 spoon of ragi flour ( I used a homemade one) , 1 spoon of besan flour, a pinch of jeera powder, a pinch of salt. Add water and mix everything together till you get the consistency of dosa batter. Make sure there are no lumps. Grease a non stick pan with some ghee. Pour the batter when the pan becomes hot. Cook covered on a flame for a few minutes. Flip when you see golden brown spots on the underside. Cook this side well. Done! Smear a bit of ghee on the cheela and serve. I took some yogurt on the side and fed my daughter and she loved it and how!! It was so heartening to see her smack her lips with every bite :D Honestly it was so yummy that I ended up making one for myself too..Haha !

Thank-you once again @Baby Chakra @Neha Agarwal
