So what do you think when the lil one is down with a fever sans a reason? Has bouts of energy and absolute low energies? Has moments when wants to eat and then decides he can’t eat beyond two bites? As mommies we gotta be creative! So here is our #neverfail #recipe for #newparents kids above 6 months and #toddlers : Finely grate some ginger and garlic. Finely chop tomatoes. Throw it all in a pressure cooker with some normal rice water and salt. Yes mommies don’t have time for low flame cooking! Once cooked for about 2-3 whistles (do add extra water to get a soupy consistency) in a pan sauté chopped veges of the kids choice - I used onions coriander leaves peppers carrots. Mix up the sauté veges into the rice soup. Give it a good boil. Voila! Yummy filling rice soup for the baby ready in about 20 minutes. Also works great as a one pot meal during winters too! Happy health. Btw did I tell you? Garlic and ginger work like antibiotics and strengthen the WBCs! So no need to give meds. #BBCreatorsClub
