Somebody suggest me about lactonic granules to increase supply of breast milk, is it helpful??

Yes it helps..my doc recommended me too .. whenever u feel supply is going down u can have it with milk.<br>
Keep nursing frequently along with the taking the powder to ensure supply is increased.

Hi Priyanka to some extent yes it will, you can try shathavari powerder also cook daliya in milk and drink as porridge. Above all keep latching the baby to your breast often supply will increase.

increasing her feelings of love;and this is a cycle your baby in turn does the same. So more latching more milk.. If your baby's pee count is six to seven times a day and gaining adequate weight then it's a sign of well fed baby.<br>
Include ajwain, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, garlic, turmeric, pepper, fenugreek, bottle guard, drumstick, Oatmeal, carrots, barley to improve the milk supply
