sometimes I feel so overworked with my baby.. I keep crying and then feel guilty for feeling this way.. I am a working woman and I feel awful sitting at home and tending to my baby 24 hours of the day.. my parents and relatives are asking me to extend my maternity leave but I don't want to.. I miss work and going out.. am I being selfish?

hi malini, initial 7 months are quite taxing in terms of boredom n monotony, but once the baby starts doing activities it gets interesting, yet it is always challenging. you arr not being selfish at all. It is quite natural to feel like that. seek help whenever you can. Try exploring some hobby. Resume working if you want to, do not stay at home just because others want you to. best wishes

@63729b593f31520016a69b80 thanks .. women are after all the primary caregivers. my husband is a very caring father and helps me out in every way possible but every day when he goes off to work I feel so bad that he gets to escape for at least some part of the day.. nevertheless women also have the power to endure .. maybe at some point in my life I am gonna want to relive these days
