SOYA CHUNKS FRY🍽️

Ingredients:

Soya Chunks soaked - 20 chopped
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 thin sliced
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Sambar Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Water - 1/4 cup

Method:

➡️Soak the soya chunks in water for about 2 hours. And squeeze out the excess water and keep aside.;
➡️Take oil in a pan and heat it.;Add onion and allow it to turn brown.
➡️Add soya chunks followed by turmeric powder, garam masala, sambar powder, pepper powder and salt and mix all the ingredients.
➡️Immediately add water and cook on low flame for 8 minutes with by covering the pan with a lid.
➡️Open the lid & stir fry for few minutes.;Add coriander and serve hot.
➡️Soya Chunks Fry is ready to be served.
