Soya Matar Pulao
Ingredients

Basmati Rice – 1/2 cup
Soya Chunks – 1/2 cup
Snow peas-1/2 cup
Beans,chopped-1/4 cup
Water – 1.5 cup
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder- 1tsp
Kali mirch powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Ghee-1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Black pepper- 2
Cloves -2

Method:-
1. Soak basmati rice for atleast 30 mins.
2. Boil water and add the soya chunks and let it aside for few minutes for it to grow in size. Rinse soya chunks in cold water to get rid of the raw smell.Drain and squeeze excess water and set aside.
3. In a pan, heat oil + ghee. Add bay leaf, laung, black pepper.
4. Then add soya chunks and give a quick mix.
5. Then add snowpeas and beans. Now add garam masala powder , red chili powder, kali mirch powder and required salt .Saute for 2 mins.
6. Now in a rice cooker,add rice and water(I generally use ratio of 1:3). Then add prepared masala of soya chunks and snowpeas. Mix well. Add a dollop of ghee. Now set it to cooking mode. Serve the pulao with boondi raita and papad🥰 Enjoy😊
