Spinach Donuts

Ingredients :
1.5 packed cups baby spinach
1 banana
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a regular donut tin.
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the batter into the donut cavities and bake for 17 minutes or until the donuts are firm and browning on the edges.
Pop out of the donut cavities and enjoy.

Always check with your paediatrician before introducing any new food.
