She can continue to feed as antibodies wil pass on to baby. If not possible can go for a formula closest to BM like aptamil

Breastfeeding can be continued in this case. She can express the breastmilk which will be much better than the use of the formula. Please check with the paediatrician for the formula for the consideration as the age and the present conditions are to be taken into consideration

Fever won't effect breast milk, consult doctor still if in case
