Sukha Bhel

Ingredients:
Puffed rice (kurmura/murmura) 4 cups
Roasted chana 1 cup
Salted roasted peanuts 4 tablespoons
Onion finely chopped 4 tablespoons
Tomato finely chopped 4 tablespoons
Raw mango finely chopped 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Chaat masala 2 teaspoons
Black salt to taste
Coriander-green chilli paste 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Masala chana For topping
Fresh coriander leaves chopped For topping
Sev For topping

Method
Step 1
Mix together puffed rice, roasted chana, peanuts, onions, tomato, raw mango, salt, chaat masala, black salt, coriander-green chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl.
Step 2
Transfer the bhel equally into 4 paper cones, top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and toss. Top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and serve immediately.
