1 cup Rava/Sooji
1/2 cup Maida
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 pinch Salt
Oil for frying
In a bowl add rava and maida, combine well.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, salt, and baking soda.
Add required water, and make it as a smooth batter.
Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Once done, the batter will become thick, if required add little more water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Scoop the batter and add it in the hot oil.
Cook till golden brown.
Now drain it in a paper towel, serve hot.
