Water if needed to adjust the consistency of the batter
Method: Mash the boiled sweet potato. Add wheat flour, sugar, salt and half cup of milk to the mashed sweet potato. Mix it well untill it becomes a smooth batter. If its hard to stir you can add half cup more milk and stir it well untill it gets the consistency of neither so watery nor so tight. Heat a non-stick pan, spread 1tbsp ghee, pour 2-3 tbsp of batter in 2-3 places, spread them into round shape(dont make it too thin). Let it cook from both sides for 2-3 min each on medium flame. You can add some ghee onto the pancake while cooking.
Serve: you can serve it with tomato sauce or curd..
