priyanka my bp is always low or accurate.....

Follow up with doctors n do check if your BP is high or not. I used medication for hypertension throughout my pregnancy n i dint have swelling for my feet and hands. Not sure if BP can be the cause of swelling but try to consume low sodium content food.

Was going through the same problem.. It automatically reduced by resting.

Rest well. Soak your hands in some warm water and also massage with slightly heated mustard oil. If there is no relief in a day, talk to your doc.
