Wheat oats and rice flour Mathri!!
Crispy snack for tea time or even late night cravings and for tiffin too..this can be made and stored in an air tight container for a week!!
Ingredients (for 20-22 pieces)
1 cup rice flour

1/2 cup wheat flour

1/4 cup oats flour

4 tsp oil

Spices (salt to taste, 1 tsp chilli flakes or 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp bhuna zeera, 1 tsp sabut zeera, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tbsp kasoori methi)

1/2 cup water

Oil for frying
Method
1. Take a big bowl and mix all the flours and spices well. Then add 3 tsp oil and again mix it well so as to form a crumble like consistency.
2. Now add very little water and knead a medium soft dough. Once done add 1 tsp oil again and knead it for a minute. Cover and keep it to rest for 1/2 hour.
3. After half an hour, knead the dough a bit and put oil in kadai to heat. Now roll a medium thick big roti from the dough and with a glass or katori, cut mathris. With a fork make tuks in them.
4. Fry these mathris on medium hot oil. It will take 10-12 minutes for each batch. Medium flame is a must.
Enjoy these with tea or you can even make Mathri Chaat with this..
