Balanced meals including all food groups - healthy carbs plenty of fruits and veggies adequate protein and lots of calcium rich foods. Choose healthy unsaturated fats and drink plenty of water. Pregnancy means that you should eat more often and small meals so plan for 6-7 meals thru your day.

Best way is to have a nutritious diet, have a happy pregnancy, ensure you exercise and meditate, read Happy books etc.
