Hi Anon.. better than following any chart, you should have food whenever you are hungry. A proper balanced diet with more fiber and less oil or spice will do. Anything eaten in moderation does not harm. Regular home-cooked meals will be good. Just include milk inducing things like garlic, jeera, fennel seeds, lauki, Masoor ki dal, oats, daliya etc in your diet. And drink atleast 4 litres of water per day.
