hi here are a few precautions!- wash your hands often <br> don't eat raw and uncooked food outside the house <br> make sure you are using clean water at all times for drinking cooking etc keep your baby covered ensure that there are no water puddles around your house and work to avoid mosquitoes for swamping

cover the baby from top to bottom.&nbsp; keep the room warm .

Though I'm not from Mumbai, I will advise mom's to cover baby's head with cap always. <br> And hands and feet with socks. This will make the baby warm and less chances for catching cold.
