Sleep more: Sleep for 9-11 hours if possible, which will help boost your immunity. 6. Breathing exercises: Practice breathing exercises to keep your lungs healthy. 7. Don’t stress: While you take all precautions, do not stress over, as it will weaken your immune system. Wellness 1. Stay positive: Staying positive instead of panicking will help you fight the COVID-19 easily. You must also stay alert. 2. Stay together: Stay together but also maintain social distance. Stay with your family during the quarantine all the time. Avoid going out unless necessary. 3. Stay calm: Stay calm throughout the ongoing crisis but do not act carefree. 4.
