The dimensions of both left and right kidneys of my baby is larger than the normal range in my 20th week scan. What can be done and is it a thing to be worried about?

Hello. Renal pelvis dilation is a common finding at antenatal scans. Vast majority will resolve. A small percentage will go on to show increase in dimensions n these may be a sign of abnormal urinary tract etc
A repeat scan will be helpful to see if the size has changed.
