THE FEELINGS CORNER

..

Since Kiaan has become 3, there has been array of emotions he himself is dealing and also knows signs of happy, angry, sad and fear.

..

I felt it was time for me to get kiaan learn about his own emotions and feel ok about it. With little space available we created this chair as a feeling corner where he decodes his emotions

..

There are various ways we do it

➡️ make use of colour red for anger, yellow for happy, blue for sad and green for calming

➡️ Get him to read books, that helps in calming his emotion and direct his energy

➡️ just sit there and have a conversation regarding feelings he is going through

➡️ Get Alexa's help to play music and give him a time off

..

Thanks to creating a space called FEELING ZONE, it helps to direct and channelize his emotions and makes way to less of tantrum situation in the house.

..

How do you deal with tour kids feeling? Do you have a space in house to quiet your mind ?

..

I am curious to know more and adopt some practices for my child
