Pulses is the best source of protein so pls prefer <u>pulses</u> instead of chicken fish and egg as it has complex <u>protein,</u> our digestive system needs tough work to break down but pulses protein is very simpler, it is easily digest, nuts are very useful and flaxseed are also having omega 3 but use flaxseed a tablespoon.
