New year's Eve 2016

My friends and relatives invited me to attend the new years celebration in airforce station which i haopily agreed as i always loved the fauji celebrations
Little did i know it will be a life changing experience for me .
The party was a blast and i was back to pavillion but on the otherside there was this gentleman who couldn't sleep for days and by 6th day announced to everyone that he is gonna marry me and he is in love with me . We never exchanged numbers or anything and this guy kept stalking me through facebook . And finally after multiple attempt i started talking to him.
He was the perfect guy , a guy who are generally found in the fairytales but i wasn't ready to fall in love . But who can resist a handsome man in the uniform with an unmatchable passion , a physique to die for 😆😆😆 , thorough gentleman

I said yes 😍😍😍..

Within 6 months of courtship we got married . Despite of the fact his parents were against the marriage but this guy was sure that he wants to spend the rest of his life with me .
A Cinderella's life thereafter. He us someone who believes in little extra of everything . Love like there is no tommorow , he would get and do yhings before even asking for it .

I concieved and then gave a final shot to convince his parents. And Mannat came as a lucky charm for us , they agreed.
6 months post our court marriage we got socially wed as per hindu customs. Being a rebel i decided not to go for ahortion and TOOK SAAT PHERE WITH MANNAT IN MY WOMB.
I though his parents are convinced and everything is sorted but i was so wrong . Nobody was happy they accepted me just for Rohit's happiness.

Taunts , tortures were part of my initial pregnancy and Mr.husband was on duty .

I kept quiet which i generally don't. ( love makes you do things you can't imagine)
Never uttered a word against inlaws , doctors looking at my condition said will have to abort if the stress continues tgats when i decided that i have to bring this child on earth. Left everything at bay and just nurtured and enjoued my pregnancy .shifted to parents place Mannat was born on 1st sept ( shares birtjday with her dad ) and when i was taunted for a girl thats when it was enough for both of us . I decided not to takeanymore and took a stand for myself and my daughter.
Rohit initially hesistated but later on supported me and went against his parents once again ( maybe i was lucky )
Rohit is not man of my dreams because i Never DREAMT SO BIG.
A perfect father , a lovely husband and most imp. A great human being.

Till date nobody from inlaws talk to me or my daughter . But Here i am smiling , living my life . Because i know no one can control my life until i give them the powers .
We have had a blissful tenure in kashmir and have loads of adventure planned up ahead .

Many of you must be thinking why the love story isn't mushy and why did i decided to share the other side ?

Though i couldn't reply or answer but i read a lot of anon posts , posts from women who are facing issues with inlaws , or suffering domestic violence , tortured in pregnancy.
This post is for all of you to SPEAK UP. Take a Stand

Take help , talk to a friend , someone you can trust.

I was lucky to have a supportive family but there are many who doesn't get support from family .

Our society has inbibed restrictions and preachings that woman should not rebel or take a stand and suffer constantly . Which would only change if we decide to take a stand , to help ourself , to end up our sufferings .

The strongest actions for a;woman;is to love herself, be herself and shine amongst those who never believed she could.” “A;strong woman;builds her own world. She is one who is wise enough to know that it will attract the man she will gladly share it with.
