There are going to be moments when you won’t be able to find the strength to stand or when you just won't be able to do it alone. In those moments, we have to learn that it is okay to lean on others, that it is okay to strive for assistance and love and care outside of ourselves. Asking for help is healthy and a sign of strength. Asking for help is normal. Reach out when you need help.
Asking for help from both medical and personal perspectives won't make you weak. It takes strength and courage and fearlessness to overcome your fears. You must have acceptance and love for yourself to win those battles. Make this promise to yourself, promise that you’ll ask for help.🌸
