There are many mothers asking “is it safe to give horlicks or boost to babies”. It’s not good to give your lill ones packed foods or drinks. So if your lill one is not drinking milk, you can add horlicks, but home made.
Here iam giving you the receipe gor home made horlicks:

Ingredients:
Wheat powder(Atta)- 250 grams
Milk powder-250 grams
Sugar-125 grams
Roasted nuts- cashew nuts-10 nos, almonds-10 nos, walnut-10 nos, peanuts-10 nos

Method;
In a frying pan roast the atta till it becomes golden brown. Once it’s done, keep it aside.
Powder the roasted nuts and keep it aside. You can take nuts of your choice.
Now mix the roasted atta, milk powder, nuts powder and powdered sugar.
Once more powder the mix using an electric mixer to avoid lumps.
Use a strainer and strain it thoroughly.

Now the home made horlicks is ready to drink.

Not recommended for kids under 2, as it uses sugar and milk powder. But if you’re using horlicks for your young one please try this instead of your readymade drink.
