there is too many flavours of kadhi, like sindhi, panjabi, maharashtrian , etc.i m sharing here gujrati kadhi recipe, which is sweet n sour..

Recipe***
kadhi**

*take slight sour curd nd gram floor in a bowl..mix with blander..consistancy is nither thick nor thin..just balance, because when boiling it becomes thick more..

*now add salt, chopped chilli, grated ginger nd jaggry( as per your sweet taste)...mix well

*keep on boil for 15 minutes , stiring well ..

*now give tadka on it..

*heat ghee

*add musturd seed, cumin, fenugreek seed, hing and saute..

*add curry leaves, cloves, dry chilli, bay leaves, cinamon, saute it..

*now mix it with kadhi nd boil for 5 minutes..add turmaric if u like yellow

if u like white kadhi then dont add turmaric..

Ready to serve.....;;

aditi u can use buttermilk too..if 2 bowl curd then add one <u>small</u> glass water nd 3; spoon <u>gramfloor</u>
