There's so much doubt around which dry fruits to have and not have.

Every morning I eat about 8 soaked almonds, 1 soaked Walnut and 10 soaked Raisins.

Please confirm if it is okay to have the above dry fruits.

Yes. You could also add dates as they are a powerhouse of minerals. Add a strand for saffron for the anti oxidant booster dose.
