250g moong sprouts
1 chopped onion
1 inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
3 green chillies
200g crumbled paneer
1 tsp salt (as per taste)
1.5 tsp chaat masala
1/2 lemon juice (optional)
2-3 tbsp oil
Serve these garma garam with green chutney or ketchup 😇
