These are the fermented food that I want to give my kid for prebiotic benefits along with other supplements and local fruits and veggies. Please suggest some other prebiotic foods too.

If your child is below two years of age you can simply give him curd buttermilk and home made idli dosa these are enough. After 5 you can start home made mango pickle once a week
