These are there on her other hand and both legs as well. We aren't sure how she has developed this. She doesn't scratch it but how to avoid these?

She's a year old. These rashes have a boil too and has spread a little to the fingers . Am paying medical cream. Hope it subsides

these could rashes due to excess heat or skin allergies. if your child is below 6 months of age please see a doctor who will examin the child well
