Wheat Fruit Muffins


Ingredients

wheat flour 1 cup

Melted butter 3/4 cup

Powdered sugar 1 cup

Baking powder 1 tsp

Baking soda; 1/2 tsp

Milk; 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence 2- 3 drops

Apples ( finely chopped)

Pomegranate



Method



👉Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and powdered sugar.

👉Add melted butter and milk.

👉Make batter like that of cake neither too thick nor too thin.

👉Add chopped apples and 3/4 of pomegranate.

👉Take muffin tray. Line it with butter paper.

👉Add batter and top it with pomegranate .

👉Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
